It is an opportunity to utilize the malls' traffic for marketing without a long-term commitment and at a much lower rate. A vendor can sell or demonstrate a service or product, pass out literature or coupons, or even conduct a giveaway.
The fee includes 2 days of the show/expo (Friday and Saturday), The booth includes a 10' x 10' space, 1 6-foot table with black skirting and 2 chairs. (8 foot height maximum).
The tabletop display area for "Main Street" section of the Holiday Kickoff & Craft show includes a 6-foot table top space and two chairs only. All materials must fit on the table.
Any additional display pieces will be the vendor's responsibility to bring. It must ALL fit within the designated 10 x 10 space and cannot exceed 8 feet tall.
Yes - it will be an additional $250 for each space.
All vendors will be strategically placed in high traffic hallways on the main level.
No. To maximize traffic, the Mall Management will determine where each vendor will be located. Prime traffic areas are filled on a first-come/first serve basis, but all booth locations will be in high-traffic areas.
Yes. A stage may be available in the common area outside Macy's. Stage space may be rented for $100/hour. Microphone and electricity access are provided.

- Yes. Area media will publish advertising, including advertising in Times Community Publications, distributed to over 73,000 Allen County homes and businesses. Web advertising will appear on www.fwdailynews.com, www.kpcnews.com and information will be included on the Glenbrook Square website, on the electronic marquees on Coliseum and Coldwater and signage in the mall
Set up will take place between 7 - 10 a.m. on Friday morning. Tear down will take place after 10 p.m. on Saturday night.
While we cannot guarantee your display/product will not be tampered with, Glenbrook Mall provides 24-hour security on the premises. We also recommend taking money and valuables with you at night. However, please note that neither KPC nor the Mall Management will be responsible for your display or product after tear down unless you have made specific arrangements with the Mall Management prior to tear down
You may load your display and products through the West Dock which is between Sears and Macys.
Housekeeping will be around the first morning of the event to distribute trash bags. Keep it under your table during mall hours. After the mall closes, place the bag in front of your table and housekeeping will take care of it.
If you have large items/boxes, they must be taken to the dumpster at the West Dock.
